A nomination to Groundbreaker's RISE is a tremendous statement to a rising woman leader that you are committed to her advancement and growth by providing an invaluable resource for her professional development.
Before completing the RISE Nomination form, please review the Groundbreakers RISE candidate criteria below. There is no fee to nominate a candidate for the RISE program. The fee for accepted candidates is $6,500 (Early Bird Nomination by August 15 - $6,000).

The 6 month leadership curriculum begins October 2024 and extends through March 2025.
RISE Candidate Criteria:

Female or identifying as female

5+ years of finance experience

High potential talent at a pivotal leadership advancement point

Working for finance organization or within finance function on corporate team
