Nominating yourself as Groundbreaker's RISE is a tremendous statement that you are committed to your career advancement and growth by seeking an invaluable resource for your professional development.

Before completing the RISE Self-Nomination form, please review the Groundbreakers RISE candidate criteria below. There is no fee to nominate a candidate for the RISE program. The fee for accepted candidates is $6500.

RISE Candidate Criteria:

• Female or identifying as female

• 5+ years of finance experience

• High potential talent at a pivotal leadership advancement point

• Working for finance organization or within finance function on corporate team
